Hi! I'm Timmy Tasar, a freshman at CHHS for the 2023-24 year. I love talking to my friends and getting to know and meet new people! I'm interested in video games, traveling, and a bit of video editing. I like to play video games with my friends as it gives me a chance to bond with them more, and sometimes I even meet new ones while playing! I like playing Super Smash Bros Ultimate, the Pokémon games, and Roblox with my friends sometimes too. I like to cook and bake, and occasionally I try out new recipes and fun ideas. I like to play and watch Tennis and Volleyball, and this year I'm planning on trying out for the boys tennis team. I used to want to make games on Roblox, however that never unfortunately worked out, so hopefully at my years at CHHS I'll learn some new skills!
I'm not very skilled with adobe software, however I have used After Effects for a few years now and I know how to use a lot of it now. Unfortunately not everything that I make is a masterpiece, but sometimes it turns out pretty good!
3d Modeling (3ds Max) This quarter, I've learned how to do a lot of different things on 3ds Max! I've learned how to turn a simple box into a cool spaceship, or make a treehouse out of a few basic objects. I've also learned how to animate stuff. For example, I was able to make my spaceship fly and turn it into a video. I've learned a lot which I'll most definitely use later in my life
Photo/Art (Adobe Photoshop) This unit I've found photoshop to not be too intensive, but instead just art. Photoshop is pretty similar to any other drawing app that I use on my phone or iPad, just with more cool things and helpful tools (such as AI generation) that I haven't gotten to use or try out. I've definitely learned a ton about photoshop and at least the basics, and even though a lot of it is similar there are definitely certain aspects that I still would like to try out.
Vector Graphics (Adobe Illustrator) This entire quarter I focused a lot on making vector graphics with Adobe Illustrator. It was super weird getting into it because of the obvious chances from photoshop and working a lot more with stroke and fill. For example, your erase and paint tool didn't work as they used to and instead, would make separate lines. However I think I got the hang of it pretty quickly, and with this app I started to take advantage of text and shapes a lot more. I rarely used the drawing and eraser tool at all, but it showed me that there are different ways to get the same outcome.
